Monday we are taking a trip to the U.S. Consulate in Chennai, India to get Rebekah registered as a U.S. Citizen and get her a passport. The paperwork required for a "Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America" is rather ridiculous, but we do what we must! And of course we had to have passport pictures taken for Rebekah's passport. Nathan held her up for the picture (thus the large hand on her chest!)... It's not easy to take a passport photo of a 5-week-old. =) Rebekah wasn't too impressed, as you can see from the picture!

She's beautiful! And I love her expression.
I have one of those Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America. My parents were in Oaxaca, Mexico when I was born.
And now my children have passports. My boy was 6 months or so when he got his. Your little girls picture is much cuter than my kids picture.
Hassles, but, your right, must be done.
