Some of you may recognize Prathana (Pratu) from previous posts. She is the daughter of one of the BSSI professors, and our two families attend the same church. She and Rebekah were born only 8 days apart, so they have very literally grown up together. It has been interesting to watch the two of them and see the similarities and differences in their personalities. In general, Prathana is usually very reserved and calculated in what she does and who she interacts with. Rebekah, on the other hand, is very outgoing and impulsive!
Until recently, most of the interaction between the two girls consisted of fighting over their toys, books, or cups. Invariably, whatever one had, the other wanted! Now though, they seem to have decided that it might not be too bad to be friends. =) Maybe they've finally just reached the age when they are better at interacting with others their age. Whatever the reason, we moms are enjoying the change!
