Last Sunday we attended an Easter program at our sending church in Winston-Salem. We thought Rebekah would enjoy seeing it, so we kept her with us (as opposed to putting her in the nursery). We had gotten there early to get a good seat, so we were waiting for about 20 minutes before the program began. At one point Rebekah, getting bored, said, "Dad, do you have the remote?" Apparently she was hoping that Daddy could start the "show" with a remote!
After reading the story of Noah to Rebekah, Grandpa Chuck asked her, "Who keeps us safe?" To which Rebekah replied seriously, "Noah."

When seeing a picture of John baptizing Jesus, Rebekah said, "There's Jesus getting BATHtized!"
Daddy: Who made the cats?
Rebekah: God
Daddy: Who made the trees?
Rebekah: God
Daddy: Who made apples?
Rebekah: Grandma Eileen

Ohhh...that is a riot!
Cute, cute, cute! Once again, she reminds me so much of my Kayla.
Thanks for your comment on my blog about the move. I need to take time to email you sometime about it because I can tell you would be an encouragement to me as you are going to be in the same situation we're facing. Thanks for your kind words. I have been feeling very overwhelmed about the whole situation because I really don't want to be selfish but... there's just so many thoughts going through my head...
