Cubbies Lesson

Rebekah started Awana Cubbies this year (a church program for 3-4 year-olds). She LOVES it, and asks all throughout the week if it's time to go to Cubbies yet. Tonight we were at a different church from the one where she usually attends Cubbies. Afterward, she was excitedly telling me all about what she had done in Cubbies, but didn't say anything about a story or lesson. Here was the conversation that followed:

Mommy: Did you hear a story tonight?

Rebekah: No, there wasn't much time for a story.

Mommy: Did someone get up and talk to all the kids?

Rebekah: Yes.

Mommy: What did they say?

Rebekah: Be quiet.
