We spent the last month with one of our supporting churches in Seattle. The first week we were there, we went to the zoo with two of the other families with young kids. In the photo above, you can see Rebekah with several of her new buddies. There were also a couple of little ones a few months younger than Daniel, and he was quite fascinated with them. Daniel had not been to a zoo since he was about 6 months old, so he obviously didn't remember. He's at a stage now, though, where he loves any and all animals. He especially enjoyed the penguins and monkeys. The penguins seemed to really like Daniel too, although we unfortunately were not able to get any good photos of them together.Thanks, Bennetts and Hansons, for a great time at the zoo!
