All three of our kids' birthdays and Rachel's fall within an eight week stretch, beginning with Hannah's on August 23rd, and ending with Daniel's on October 16th. We call it "Birthday Season" in the Waldock house. Nathan actually kicks off Birthday Season in June, and the kids are eagerly awaiting their birthdays from that time on!
Here are some photos from the kids' birthdays and parties - especially for Kenneth, Nathan's brother, who has been asking for them. =)

| Miss Personality (aka Hannah) turned THREE on August 23rd, 2013 |
| Helping ice her cake! |
| She asked for a blue cake with blue icing... even though her favorite color is usually pink. |
| Think she's excited?! |
| Our happy girl =) |
| Enjoying the cake |
| Checking out a new gift with Rebekah and Daniel |
| Enjoying having Grandad and Grandma around on her birthday |
| Six weeks later, on October 3rd, Rebekah turned SEVEN! |
| Opening gifts the morning of her birthday |
| She asked for a pumpkin pie (which we rarely have because her Daddy doesn't care for nutmeg) |
| The girls are ready to blow! |
| With friends Prathana and Nadia |
| And the whole silly gang! |
| The girls had a sleepover in a tent in our playroom |
| Two weeks later, Daniel turned FIVE on October 16th. |
| He had to have a pumpkin pie too since we had leftover filling from Rebekah's. =) |
| The one thing Daniel asked for was a cake with "Spider-man icing" After googling spider-man cakes and looked at all the fun and creative cakes, I decided this was the most doable. Daniel watched, cheering me on, and was happy with the result, despite its imperfections, so Mom was happy too. |
| Check out that face. =) AND his buddy Joshua waiting eagerly with fork in hand! |
| "Happy Birthday to you!" |
Birthday Season is over now, and as the mom who makes all the preparations for these parties, I can't say that I'm disappointed. BUT I can say that a fun time was had by all, and that we love and are thankful for our three growing blessings!
