Rebekah will be 5 months old this week! She is becoming more and more aware of what is going on around her and wants to be involved in everything. She keeps us laughing, but her strong-willed personality also keeps us seeking the Lord for wisdom in raising her! Here are a few pictures from the past month, in addition to what we've already posted. Enjoy!

Rebekah really enjoys books, and will sit and listen to two or three books at a time, as long as the pictures are bright and colorful. She's also starting to want to "hold" the book on her own. That doesn't usually work very well, but if she's learning to love books, it doesn't matter!
Rebekah has so much fun with her Dad! Nathan usually comes home for lunch each day, and he arrives home just before Rebekah's afternoon nap. Rebekah and I (Rachel) have taken to sitting by the window waiting for Daddy to come home for lunch. She gets so excited when she sees him!
EVERYthing goes in the mouth! 
Rebekah is working hard at going places. She doesn't really get anywhere yet, but we think she will soon!
Rebekah "helps" her mom with all of the household chores. Here she is helping fold the laundry!
Just this past week, Rebekah has been sitting up by herself for a minute or two at a time. She still flops over pretty easily, but as you can see, she loves being up where she can get a better view of her world!

wow, guys, these are priceless shots! Our little chutki is growing up a storm! I love the way you write, Rachel. Good on ya, mate! Makes me laugh out loud sometimes and cry at others.
Oh my she is so cute and getting to be quite the personality. I still can't get over her hair! I don't think I have ever seen a baby with that much hair.
I loved the videos. Since we have never met it was nice to hear a voice to go with your faces!
