Baby Update - 7 1/2 Months

Just six weeks to go (give or take), and our little one should be making his appearance into the outside world! For me, that seems like a long time yet, but I know it will go quickly.
The big question people seem to be asking these days is, "Does he move a lot?" The answer is a resounding YES!! Actually, I don't think he moves quite as much as Rebekah did (if I remember correctly), but it seems like his movements are more forceful than hers were. He will often give me a jab in the side that definitely lets me know there's a little person in there who is anxious to get out! Our doctor says that the baby's head is down, and she thinks he could come anytime after the first of October. However, we think she is saying that because he is taller and heavier than most Indian babies are at this stage of pregnancy. Indian babies are generally smaller than American babies are at birth. So we'll see what happens!

It looks there is an elbow or knee or something pushing out in the second picture. Can't wait to hear about his appearance- and I think it would be fun if he shared a birthday with his big sister!

Hey Rachel! It's Kristin here (from Chemestry remeber those good 'ole days?). Love keeping up with you via your blog. Anyway, I was writing to see if you wouldn't mind hopping over to MY blog to read about my sister's surgery and a blessing campaign that I've started for her. She really needs some sunshine from around the world to get her through this ordeal.- Anyway, I thought you might be interested in participating. If so, my address is: Kristin Dunker 108 Trapper Lane Vinton, VA 24179 USA. You put: "Attn: Amy's Shower" at the bottom. It doesn't matter how long it takes to get here as she will be recovering for months! I'm sure she would love to get a "ray of sun" from India! Is Rebekah an artist? Amy loves pictures :-) Thanks for considering...hope you're doing really well. Here is my blog with more details: www.cottagestamping.blogspot.com
Love, ~Kristin
