Squeeze Hugs and Gentle Hugs

In the past couple of days, Rebekah has started giving Nathan and I what she calls "squeeze hugs." It's basically a big bear hug...but if I call it a bear hug, she thinks she needs to growl during the hug! So a squeeze hug it is. =)

We've been reminding her (often) that she needs to be gentle with Daniel. She is very excited about him, and loves to be with him and give him hugs and kisses. She knows she needs to be gentle, but just like Curious George (one of her favorite book characters), "It's easy for little monkeys to forget!" She is learning though. Below are a few pictures of the two of them together.

Having a newborn has made me see just how big Rebekah is! It's hard to believe she was that small only two years ago!
