Adventures in Mussoorie

These are some pictures of Rebekah's exploits up in Mussoorie. Having done most of her walking on flat, even terrain, the rocky, hilly surface of Mussoorie took some getting used to. She was up to the challenge, however, and really enjoyed taking lots of walks. Her favorite thing was barking at any dog she saw, as well as waving and saying hi to whoever passed by us. She also enjoyed watching the langurs chase each other in the trees (see our blog for more about the langurs).Practicing walking on gravel

(Actually, Rebekah's new cell phone wasn't THAT all-consuming! She did enjoy carrying it around as she walked, but it always got confiscated after a few minutes of playing annoying ringtones!)

On the rainy days, we all enjoyed some time indoors with a good book....
...and some games.

Here is Rebekah with one of the cooks in the guest house we stayed at. He and the rest of the staff really enjoyed having Rebekah around, and she enjoyed entertaining them as well.

Rebekah loved being in the backpack because she was high up and could see everything better. Even so, exhaustion would finally catch up with her, and she would fall asleep on daddy's back.
